Jesmonite Sculptures
About the Event
Most of the sculptures that Melanie creates try to capture movement and the medium lends itself particularly well to this. Each piece starts as an idea that is outlined in wire to develop the design, then built up using layers of Jesmonite resin mixed with fibres to provide the texture.
